[Stop Crying - Part 2]

i understand its for your dead brother and all...

and i feel sorry for your loss, but unfortunately, there isnt a "Sympathy" category to rate you in, so im just gonna review the flash based on what it is, not what its about...

first off, the graphics are somewhat well drawn. this could be improved, though. your animation, unfortunately, is horrible. when Jai (is that his name?) walks away from the stand, he just gets tweened. theres no walking animation for it. the newstands are 2d, and that just looks retarded. a 3d illusion would have made it a lot better. but thats not the only bad part. all of the walking cycles are poorly made, too. the voice-acting was mediocre, at best. the actors have no real emotion...i mean, a man threatens to kill her, and someone just says "hey, who is there?", and then, "a man grabbed her. i think she is scared." the dialogue is mostly just plain corny.

also, there is no way a 12-year-old girl is stronger than a (grown?) man. he would have yanked her away from that pipe easily.

so, bottom line...everyone (or mostly everyone) feels sorry for your loss, but this is just a rather poorly made flash.

unfortunately, i have to agree with Saybar...

this flash submission isnt that good. the graphics are good, and it has a potentially funny story, but it just doesnt pull it off good enough. the laugh track was unnecessary (is that how you spell it?), the lip sync was really sucky, and, well, it was just sort of lame.

im not so sure how this made front page, either. it has all the style, but no real substance...

personally, i prefer windows over mac, but just because more games are compatible with them. the older macs are beyond horrible, but i havent really tried the new ones...not enough to have enough of an opinion, anyway. they look very cool, though :P

anyway, i dunno, i didnt like the cartoon much, but its so funny how people always argue about this kind of crap...i KNOW there are reasons a mac is better than a pc, and vice versa!

but yeah...i guess the cartoon was ok. i hated that India-like voice, though. hella annoying..

this is a true piece of art. Tom said there were beautiful visuals...but thats too much of an understatement. everything looked so...perfect. like a painting! the animation was fluent and it was, well, just really.......uh....its hard to explain...like, pleasing to watch! truly amazing. i hope to see more!

some of the graphics were messed up, but i can let that go. itd be nice to have a more constant line thickness, though. the music went well with it (C&C has good stuff ^_^) and the chaos was done well.

im protecting it. i hope it actually DOES get protected, though

Graphics - well, its sprites, but as far as it all goes, the graphics were good. thats the weirdest version of Link ive ever seen O_o
Style - well, it was good. i liked how you threw in your jumping script (:
Sound - the quality of all effects for yours were really good. they fit nicely, too :P
Violence - not too violent, but enough to be considered violent at all.
Interactivity - the jumping script, and your lil ol menu! heheh
Humor - it was pretty funny. not too over the top or anything, but enough to make you not hate it (:
Overall - I liked this one the best, i think. in most ways, it just turned out the best. its hard to explain

Graphics - the graphics were pretty good. higher quality than most of the sprites in all of the movies, anyway
Style - this was the most unique one here, definetely. i HATED the font you used, though!
Sound - eeech, i hated most of the sounds. they were low quality and cheezy, for the most part. especially Ganon's laugh. he sounded like a 12-year-old.
Violence - the action scenes in this were kinda lame. i was hoping for more action, as you ARE the creator of "Shadow's Revenge" arent you? that series had VERY good action!
Interactivity - none that i could see \:
Humor - not funny, but because its supposed to be a serious short, that didnt matter much.
Overall - Decent, but could be improved on. a lot.

Graphics - i dunno, i didnt like the sprites much. they looked like crap and the camera was too close to them.
Style - im not so sure what to put here. for some reason, it all seemed kinda generic, except the font you used. i liked the nice plot twist you threw in
Sound - it was decent. the quality was good, and such
Violence - the action scenes were pretty lame, actually. meh.
Interactivity - again, none that i could see
Humor - again, this is supposed to be serious, so humor doesnt count (:
Overall - It was good, with a nice plot twist in there. Action could have been better, though

Cryokenetic
Graphics - really good, as far as sprites go. definetely unique.
Style - this one i think had THE MOST style in this time trial. the animation just seemed cool, and the voices thrown in was a nice touch.
Sound - quality was good, and well, the way Zelda talked was more different than i thought (:
Violence - not a bloodbath, thats for sure :P
Interactivity - yet again, there was none that i could see...
Humor - the funniest flash here, easy. it was, well, just cool (:
Overall - Great, not many ways you could improve that i could see ^_^

really wasnt that funny...

the movie wasnt funny at all, the characters were drawn pretty crappily (if thats a word \: ) and, well, there really wasnt "grotesquely excessive audible explicit language". it was stupid, and theres really not any needed details, like actual money being handed to and from people, instead of just hitting their fists together.

overall, the movie needs more details and better humor...
